OUR STORY
Built out of a gap everyone kept complaining about
Almost everyone who calls us tells a version of the same story. They had someone good. Then the messages stopped getting answered, visits got skipped, and three months later the yard was a project again.
We started Josh’s Lawn Care to be the boring, dependable option — the one that turns up on the day it said it would, does the job the same way every time, and answers the phone. No call centre, no rotating crew who has never seen your place, no surprise invoices.
We deliberately keep our run inside a tight patch of South Western Sydney. Less time driving means more time on your property, tighter scheduling, and a genuine chance of squeezing you in when something comes up before an inspection or a party.

Reminders before we come, a message if weather moves you, and a straight answer if something in the yard needs attention.
We price it honestly
A fixed price agreed up front. If a job turns out to be bigger than expected, we ring you before we do anything, not after.

WHAT A VISIT LOOKS LIKE
Same routine, every single time
Consistency is the whole product. This is the order we work in, whether it is your first visit or your fiftieth.
Walk the yard first
We check for toys, hoses, pet mess, sprinkler heads and anything that should not meet a mower blade.
Mow with the right setup
Cut height matched to your grass type and the season, with the direction alternated so the lawn does not lean or rut.
Edge and detail
Paths, driveway, fence lines and garden beds get a clean, straight edge. This is the part that makes a lawn look professionally done.
Blow down and load out
Every hard surface cleared, clippings and green waste loaded onto the trailer, gates latched and bins back where they were.
Let you know
A message that we have been and gone, plus a heads up on anything worth watching — a dry patch, a gutter filling up, a hedge getting away.
Owner-run
You deal with the person who does the work, not a dispatcher.

Public liability cover, certificate available on request.

Plans are month to month. Pause or change frequency any time.
